Day 1 >> CHIANG MAI – LISU LODGE (-/L/D)

Early in the morning, pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai by a local truck (songtaew) or air-conditioned van to the Lisu Lodge, you will reach after an hour. Upon arrival at the Lisu Lodge, a traditional welcome drink is served. Start your adventure with cycling about 13 kms to an elephant camp; enjoy an hour’s elephant ride through the beautiful mountainous jungle to end up by the river. After a picnic lunch by the riverbank, you have a chance to do 45 minutes white water rafting on an inflatable raft. Then you have the choice either to go back to the Lisu Lodge by bike or by the local truck. Along the way, stop at an Akha village for a chat with the shaman (village spirit). Time at leisure until dinner and overnight at LISU LODGE.

Day 2 >> LISU LODGE – CHIANG MAI (B/L/-)

After breakfast at the lodge, transfer back to Chiang Mai by local “songtaew” or air-conditioned van.

Joint tour: Daily departure from Chiang Mai City hotels with English-speaking guide - minimum 2 persons.

Our package tour prices are inclusive of transfers and tours by LANDROVER (4WD) with English-speaking guide, baggage handling, entrance fees, meals as specified in the program (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner), accommodation in non-air conditioned room with hot/cold shower at the Hmong Hilltribe Lodge, service charges and Taxes. Not included are other meals than mentioned in the program, optional tours and expenditures of a personal nature.
