DAY 1: COLOMBO - NEGOMBO

Proceed to Negombo. Visit the Fishermen's village.

DAY 2: NEGOMBO

Immerse yourself in a relaxing and rejuvenating massage. Ayurveda Pavilions' raison d'etre is the deep-rooted philosophy that emphasises the positive health to be gained from the balance between mind and body through a combination of ancient philosophies such as ayurveda, yoga, and meditation. Emphasis is also given to appropriate nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. At Ayurveda Pavilions, these ancient holistic ideologies are blended with modern luxurious facilities providing guests with a life-enhancing experience. Services at Ayurveda Pavilions are entirely based upon individual guests' health and nutritional requirements, as recommended by the in-house Ayurveda medical practitioner. Following an initial consultation, daily menus and therapies are organized for each guest for their stay.

DAY 3: NEGOMBO – EMBOGAMA

Proceed to Embogama.

DAY 4: EMBOGAMA

Ayurveda therapies and Yoga classes are available. The Ayurveda is administered by Dr Srilal Mudunkothge, an acclaimed practitioner of this ancient, holistic medical art, while the Yoga classes are led by some of the world's leading Yoga teachers. Yoga classes are usually held in the early morning and late afternoon. However, this schedule is not fixed and will depend on the needs of the particular group. All levels of experience can be accommodated.
